Lazyload or on-demand loading is a nice way to save some bandwidth and  server load by requesting content at the end of the page only when the user scroll down to that area. If you scroll down Amazon product pages, you will notice lot of content starts to load on Ajax calls only when those areas come in to view. And web is too big and the page was too small, Google could not find it.
